Experienced entrepreneur and business executive Mike Cale most recently served as CEO of Utility Partners of America (UPA). He spent several years in this capacity, during which time he focused heavily on marketing the company for national expansion and revenue growth. UPA had revenues of $2 million per year when Mike Cale purchased the company, but employed more than 600 full-time workers and achieved annual revenues of $40 million by the time he sold the company in 2010.

Before pursuing business opportunities in the utilities sector, Mr. Cale worked more than two decades in food distribution. He managed his own food distribution/arbitrage business, prior to which he worked 10 years as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Purity Wholesale in Boca Raton, Florida. Mike Cale also worked as a senior procurement management at Fleming Foods and has experience as a retail grocery manager.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Cale is an avid golfer who regularly competes in club tournaments and has held membership with Holly Tree Country Club and Balsam Mountain Preserve, among other clubs. He also enjoys fishing and adding to his collection of bourbon and cigars.
